CONSULTANCY SERVICES
- Requirements gathering, workshops to define requirements and business processes.
- Assist the users and key stakeholders to create and prioritise their "Requests For Change".
- Process mapping in Visio and Casewise.
- Input to building the Business Case for the next phase of the project.
- Building relationships, working, negotiating and managing third party suppliers, and
- Facilitate and lead workshops with the business and the Oracle 3rd party suppliers to;
- Establish and document the current processes, information and workflows.
- Document the required processes taking into consideration the centralised operations and new systems.
- Encourage the group conversation, imagination and thought process to explore the new process and be creative whilst ensuring it remains realistic.
- Keeping the workshop on track and ensure each sub process task is covered within the allocated time.
- Monitor and record future opportunities, weaknesses, issues or risks and escalate where necessary.
- Liaise with the group members after the workshop to ensure the products reflect their requirements, supporting process tables detailing the process maps.
- Prototyping and walkthroughs.
- TOM and Roles and Responsibilities definition.
- Project management, planning, scheduling, prioritising, costing, benefits appraisal, Change control.
- MS Project management, planning, scheduling, prioritising, costing, benefits appraisal, Change control.
- Project reporting.
- Write Requirement Definitions from the high level "Requests For Change" in partnership with the key users and Stakeholders.
- Co–ordinating global users, third party suppliers, support teams, other systems owners.
- Co–ordinating development; testing with business, stakeholders, operations.
- Managing delivery, verification weekends, deployment weekends and communications.
- System delivery and commissioning.
- Defining reports, MI, SLA´s, volumes, model office.
- Defining screens and reporting with the users and IT.
- Liaising with other work streams for cross functional dependencies.
- Estimating and planning deliverables using MS Project for discussion and agreement of delivery dates.
- Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery/Failover.
- Two FSA regulation projects, including PEP´s, ISA´s and Mortgages.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to identify risks, find solutions, change systems, controls and processes.
